How can I get an estimate for a stay?
It is possible to check the hotel’s availability online at www.lagunaparkhotel.com and make a booking request.

How can I proceed if I wish to confirm a reservation?
We ask for an advance payment of 20% of the total amount, which you can pay by bank transfer, online payment or simply giving your credit card data to the Booking Centre. As soon as we receive the advance payment, we will send you a booking confirmation via e-mail or regular mail. If you choose a non-refundable tariff, you will need to pay the entire amount with the aforementioned conditions.
What are the cancellation terms?
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival: you will receive a voucher to be used for a new reservation in the current year or the following one
Within 30 days from arrival / no show: advance payment will not be refunded
Early departure: payment of the total amount minus all meals not yet consumed
In case you book with non-refundable tariff, we would like to remind you that the amount cannot be refunded in any measure.
Can I get an insurance in case I have to call off the reservation?

Can I book a non-smoking room?
All the rooms at our hotel are non-smoking only. It is allowed to smoke outside on the balcony or in dedicated areas around the hotel.
Can you guarantee me any specific requests regarding the room’s position?
We always do our best to assure our Guests are satisfied, which means we will be happy to hear all your requests. It is however not possible to guarantee them in any form, be it written or verbal.
Is it possible to book a beach umbrella in the first row?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a beach umbrella in the first row.
How can I book a gazebo?
Our gazebos are reserved for guests who have booked a Suite. They will be assigned based on demand and availability.
Do I need to book my place at the swimming pool?
Places at the swimming pool cannot be booked.
How can I request a gift voucher for a stay at your hotel?
You can contact our Booking Centre (tel. +39 0431 430144 e-mail email@example.com), we will ask for payment of the entire amount. As soon as the payment is received, we will send you the voucher via e-mail or regular mail.
How can I pay the hotel bill?
You will be asked to pay upon check-out. We accept all kinds of payment: credit card, debit card, traveller’s check, EC Karte, cash up to € 2.999,00.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: starting at 1 pm
Check-out: before 10 am
If you were to arrive in the morning and your room is ready ahead of time, you can proceed with check-in and enter the room. Otherwise you can park your car and wait by the swimming pool, at the beach or at the hotel’s bar.
What can I do to have an early check-in or a late check-out?
You should get in contact with the reception, you can generally reach an agreement based upon room availability.
How far away is the hotel from the beach and from the city centre?
The hotel has a stunning seafront position, just a few steps from the lagoon. Bibione Pineda’s city centre and main street are but 200 m away from the hotel. Bibione Spiaggia’s city centre is about 3 km away from the hotel, and you can easily reach it by bus during the summer season.
How can I reach the hotel by train or by plane?
The nearest train station is in Latisana, circa 20 km from Bibione. You can reach the hotel by bus or taxi from there. The nearest airports are in Treviso (A. Canova, 80 km) and Venice (Marco Polo, 90 km).

Do you organise transfers from and to airports / train stations?
Upon request, our hotel and Booking Centre can organise a transfer by taxi. The service will be charged accordingly. It is sufficient to communicate us the date of arrival, the airport, the time and number of the flight. The person in charge of transfer will be waiting for you at the exit gate and will escort you directly to the hotel.
Is the parking place/garage included in price? Do I need to book it in advance?
The hotel has both an external and an underground parking lot, booking is not required.
Do you supply cribs / changing tables / electric kettles?
Yes, we do, upon request and free of charge. There is an electric kettle in every room.
Do you also supply strollers?
Strollers are supplied free of charge upon availability.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in this hotel.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Yes, bicycles are available for free, based upon availability.
Is there an entertainment service as well?
Yes, entertainment service is guaranteed from mid May until mid September (except on Saturdays)
Does the building have Wi-Fi?
Yes, you will receive username and password directly at the reception.
Does the TV have international channels as well?
There is a huge selection of Italian, German, Austrian, Swiss and Russian channels.
Does the hotel have a specific beach sector?
Yes, it is right in front of the hotel. You will be assigned a beach umbrella number at check-in.
What do beach amenities include?
Beach amenities include one beach umbrella and two sun beds for each room.
Do I need to pay for an extra sun bed?
The third sun bed must be paid for.
Are beach towels supplied?
You will find beach towels in your room.
Does the hotel offer a laundry service?
It is possible to request this service, the hotel has an agreement with a private laundry. The service is pay.
How are rooms for people with disabilities equipped?
The rooms devised for people with disabilities are Deluxe type rooms or Suite two-room apartments. The bathroom is equipped with a platform for the WC, with handles on the walls and the shower pavement is flat.
Is there a ladder for people with disabilities at the swimming pool? Is there a lift to lower the person into the pool?
The swimming pool is unfortunately not equipped with a ramp or a lift.
How can I reserve a T Time at the Golf Club in Lignano?
You can do so directly at the hotel or through the Booking Centre. The hotel will give you a voucher to cover part of the Green Fee: as we have a corporate agreement with the Golf Club, you will receive a discount on the Green Fee.
What are the restaurant’s opening hours?
Breakfast: 7.30 am – 10.00 am
Lunch: 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm
Dinner: 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm
Is there a dress code to access the restaurant?
The requested attire is elegant/casual. Beach outfits and flip-flops are not allowed.
Is the restaurant service a buffet or is it à la carte?
At our main restaurant ‘Ernest Hemingway’ all meals are buffet. Should our guests desire an à la carte menu, they can book at restaurant ‘Il Canneto’ with an extra fee.
How much does an extra meal cost?
An extra lunch or dinner for our customers and their guests is € 25,00/person, drinks not included. The cost for outside guests is € 30,00 (drinks excluded).
Is it possible to get a custom menu for celiac people, vegetarian, vegans, people with food intolerances (lactose, albumin etc)?
The hotel’s kitchen is well equipped to satisfy our guests’ every request. You can mention your special requests in the booking phase.
Is it possible to request a custom menu for babies?
You can ask the kitchen or the restaurant’s staff to heat up your baby food, or to prepare a porridge.
Is there a separate menu for the room service?
You can contact our restaurant and order what you wish, according to the menu of the day. If the restaurant is closed, you can contact the bar.
Do you get an assigned table number at the restaurant?
You will be assigned a table number by the maître upon arrival. The table will be reserved for you the whole stay.
Is it possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors?
There are some tables on the outdoor terrace, based upon availability.
Is it possible to have lunch or dinner by the swimming pool?
It is possible to have lunch at our poolside restaurant. The service is only guaranteed in specific periods of time.

Where are the SPA and fitness area?
You can find them on the hotel’s 7th floor. You will get free access to the sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, whirlpool and gym. Massages and beauty treatments come with an extra cost, and must be reserved directly at the SPA or at the hotel’s reception.
What kind of fitness equipment can I find?
In the fitness area you will find all kinds of equipment for cardio workout: cyclette, treadmill, elliptic, step. The hotel has also an agreement with a fitness centre a few steps away from the hotel, to which our guests get free access.
What kind of treatments can you get?
